R1100S Wiring Problems Upon closer inspection there are more problems with this R1100S. Some monkey got in there and pretended to do wiring ... this thing was a rolling short waiting to happen.
Oh well, looks like I have another boat-like project on my hands.
Started pulling apart wires and look what I found ...
I traced out the wires from the front and rear mystery control boxes. Both came together in a bundle of electrical tape ... revealing a singular lack of solder and overabundance of possible shorts.
